BAYER LEVERKUSEN WIN THE BUNDESLIGA




For the first time in 11 years, a team other than Bayern Munich will be crowned as the Champions of Germany.The "Bayern Liga" times is finally over.Over the years there were times were a team came very close to winning the Bundesliga but ultimately came up short, most notably Dortmund who lost the title to Bayern Munich on the final day of last season in heartbreaking fashion but Bayer Leverkusen have finally managed to break Bayern Munich's stranglehold on the Bundesliga.

On the back of an unbeaten run this season, Bayer Leverkusen have been very consistent throughout from the onset of the season and steadily built a gap between  between them and 2nd place Bayern Munich as the Season went on on their road to winning the title and at this rate they might become the first ever side to go unbeaten in the Bundesliga.Xabi Alonso has done a great since becoming Leverkusen's manager, dragging them from the relegation zone in his debut season and leading them to their first Ever Bundesliga in just his second season.At this rate, if he stays as Bayer Leverkusen's manager, it's highly likely that with his management, Bayer Leverkusen could become a powerhouse in European Football.
